"The promise is there in this ripe, plush wine, with its rich tannins and good acidity. It’s rewarding in herb-tinged blackberry jam, plum, violet, coffee and chocolate flavors, with a distinct white pepper edge..."— S.H.

Lake County Reserve Syrah Wine Information

Our Red Lava Vineyards Lake County Reserve Syrah expresses the best our "terrior" has to offer.  Each grapevine sends its roots deep into the porous red lava earth, to seek water and nourishment to create grapes clusters that impart beautiful color, fruit laden with breath taking fragrances and velvety texture.   You can taste the red lava sizzle and energy in every glass.
